Mentorship programme is an attempt to create linkages between our students from Dalit and Adivasi backgrounds with those members of the community who have been able to successfully complete their higher education from premier institutions of the country and abroad and are pursuing their respective careers with great success. Through our Mentorship Programme we are trying to create a support system for our students in higher education by building their linkages with suceesful professionals, faculty members and senior students so that they are able to get proper career counseling, orientation, to devise strategies to cope up with the campus environment together with striving towards acheiveing excellence in their studies. Insight Foundation is fortunate to have a group of successful Adivasi and Dalit professionals, students and faculty members from diverse background committed to support our students pursuing higher education.
How this programme works
Step 1: Our students have to register themselves first with the portal if not already registered. Step 2: Choose the field/subjects from the list given below. Step 3: All the mentors of that particular field/subject will be displayed on the next page. Kindly go through the profiles of our mentors from that field/subject. Step 4: Choose a particular mentor that suits your needs the best and then click on the contact. Step 5: If already not login, then login through your user name and password and send us your query. Step 6: Your query will be communicated to the particular mentor and the follow up will take place by linking you to the mentor through emails.
